Striving to capture the feeling of tapping wine directly from the barrel, winemaker Marco Cervellera created Mostovino. Translating to “neither must nor wine,” Mostovino starts as many wines of the Tuscany would: by fermenting Sangiovese grapes, but we take a journey off the beaten path with fermentation halted at 7% ABV. The result is bottled unfiltered as a cuvée that is full of fizz, fruit, freshness, and fine lees. This is one of those bottles that disappears before you know it. The classiest grape soda you’ve ever tasted!

Serving Suggestions: Cheese of any kind, from the mildest goat cheese to the funkiest blue. Goat milk panna cotta w/ fresh berries.
