We really want to hang out with Antonio Lamona, the salt-of-the-earth farmer/winemaker behind this classically beautiful Aglianico. On his self sustaining farm 100 miles from nowhere, Antonio and his family bake bread, make charcuterie, produce cheese and olive oil, and grow all their own vegetables. Incidentally, this rich, full, deep purple potion would go well with all those things.

Serving Suggestions: Salami and cheese on crusty earth-oven bread, a pile of garden tomatoes with burrata and balsamic vinegar.
